I have been a tenant on Mississippi Street for almost 10 years.
The complex is a bit older than many in San Diego, but I actually consider it part of its charm!
Management, led by Ranica, is amazing. Because it’s a bit older, some things break down. However, problems and issues are addressed promptly and to my complete satisfaction.
On site laundry equipment is a big plus. No more schlepping my wash to the laundromat.
All in all, being a resident here has been a pleasure and I intend to live here for years to come.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience living at Pacific Gardens.  The property is clean and well-kept and maintenance requests are very responsive.  The property and surrounding community is quiet, safe and diverse.  And the location is within easy walking distance to the stores, bars and restaurants in North Park.

I moved to 3962 Hamilton St. in the middle of 2020 and while I was very pregnant. I have been here for over a year and am so grateful I found this place. The apartment is so beautifully updated, clean, and fresh inside. It is a quiet complex and has been great for our little family. Everyone in the complex is friendly, nice, and looks out for one another. I really love that. Ranica has been such a wonderful and attentive landlord as well. She is so easy to talk to and any time I need something she is very quick to respond. I absolutely recommend this complex if you are looking for a friendly yet quiet place to live!
